So what will you be doing all day?

You would join us in our Philadelphia metro area (Marlton, New Jersey) office as Plumbing Designer/Engineer working on things like…

  • Projects in a variety of market sectors, including Grocery, Corporate and Retail
  • Technical design on assigned projects
  • Assisting in the production of construction documents (drawing and specifications) for new buildings, renovations and additions to existing facilities.
  • Adhering to project schedule and budget
  • Providing coordination of project designs with other disciplines
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Working with minimal guidance in creation of plans and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit for the following systems: water, gas, sanitary, grease waste and venting

  • Have the knowledge of 2004 CSI format specifications
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of design experience in related market sectors. Grocery and Restaurant design experience highly desired!
  • Knowledge and understanding of various plumbing codes, particularly in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions
  • An interest in learning fire protection design and/or current experience in fire protection design is a plus
  • Have knowledge of sustainable design practices
  • Possess successful verbal and written communication skill
  • Are highly proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Revit modeling tools
  • Have the ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design
  • Have a willingness and availability for some light to moderate travel
